These terms apply when you buy from Testing PixVend Store, operated by Testing PixVend Store. This store runs on PixVend, and payments are processed by Stripe.

Purchases

• Digital downloads are licensed for your personal use. The photographer keeps the copyright.
• Prints are made and shipped by our print lab. Problems with a print can be reported from your order page.
• Prices are shown at checkout before you pay.

Text message terms (SMS)

• Program: if you opt in, Testing PixVend Store sends texts about your photos (for example when they’re ready), your orders and download links, booking reminders.
• Opt-in wording: “By checking this box, I agree to receive SMS order updates, photo-ready notices, booking reminders and replies to my messages from Testing PixVend Store. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
• Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You’ll get one message confirming you’re unsubscribed.
• Reply HELP for help, or email dcuellar44@me.com.
• Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
• Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
